I have items I would like to send to you to sign and send back to me. What is your policy regarding this?
If you have existing items, such as photos, magazines, etc., that you want signed by me, please note that there is a cost. I DO NOT SIGN ITEMS FOR FREE!!! Autographs are $10 per sig/per item, and are payable ONLY via Money Order or Cashier's Check in USD. Please do not send Cash or Personal Checks. When sending items to be autographed, please be sure to include ALL of the following...
Include a Money Order or Cashier's Check made out to "Maggie" in the full, correct amount (USD). You must also enclose a SASE with sufficient postage, or add an extra $7 for postage within the US or $15 if outside the US to your payment. Please include an itemized list along with charges and include your email address as well. It is important that you include everything! Please note that any items sent without full payment, sufficient postage, or both will be kept by me. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you would like something personalized, please state what you would like to be written on each item. Please note that I have the right to use my discretion.
Please allow a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks for the return of your item. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. No refunds for damaged or lost goods.
Can you personalize items?
Yes. You have three options.
1. I can just sign the photo.
2. I can address it to you or someone else
3. I can also write a personalized message. Please note that I have the right to use my discretion.
How will you know what I want written on my item?
On the payment page there is a field labeled "Personalized Message Request." This is where you can enter how you would like your item personalized.
I am interested in an Out of Stock item. Is it possible to order one?
Depending on the item, sometimes it is possible for me to get additional Out of Stock items. If you are interested in an Out of Stock item, please email me and I will look into it and see if I can get the item for you.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and checks through PayPal. You may use your PayPal account to pay for an order, but you do not need a PayPal account to place an order through this site. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks through Mail Order as payment. In order to do this you must select "Postal Order Form" during checkout, print out the form and mail it along with payment. Cash and Personal Checks are not accepted.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and up to an additional 7-10 days to international destinations. Packages are sent via the US Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail, dependent upon your selection. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or FedEx, even if you want to use your own account.
What are your Shipping and Handling rates?
Shipping and Handling rates vary depending on your selected method of shipment as well as the destination address. You must proceed to checkout in order to view Shipping and Handling rates.
Will I have to pay any local taxes, duties or other tariffs when shipping to an international destination?
You may have to pay local taxes, duties or other tariffs when receiving items through customs. You, as the buyer, are fully responsible for paying any/all customs fees. Maggie Green will not be held liable for any customs fees you may incur.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
Yes. We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.
Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.
Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.
What is your return policy?
All personalized items are final sales and are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS! No refunds for damaged or lost goods. If items are damaged you will need to send items back within one week to receive like items in exchange. The return address will be listed on the packing slip and it is also posted on the Contact Us page. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning items.
