This has been a BUSY week for me! I’ve been doing a ton of painting in the house getting it ready to move into next weekend…well, hopefully! We did the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, and one of the closets. The master bedroom is almost done, I have to go finish that today. The worst part has been that the previous owners had painted the ceiling in the master half brown and half green…eww! And it’s a peaked ceiling which makes it very difficult to paint! Funny, I don’t mind painting too much but that ceiling was a bitch! The plan was to hire painters but we had some unexpected last minute costs so that money is gone…which means lots of DIY. Luckily, the place doesn’t need any major repairs to move in or else we’d be in trouble!

I’ve had a couple of people ask what they could do to help…so nice!! I have a wish list on amazon.com and what would be great if you’d like to send a little something is a gift card to Home Depot! Or Lowe’s! I always send a small gift in return!
